Location was excellent, everything was walking distance for us. The best part was the service, the staff was super helpful, and quick to respond to my inquiries via text message.

Hotel located in a good location close to the beach, various shops nearby The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was large and comfortable, There were also a microwave and a toaster in the room. Towels were provided in the room. You could also rent beach towels and beach chairs for free. In the facility there was a laundry room available where you could do your laundry.

Good location, nice, clean room. The bathroom was particularly nice and convenient. We only stayed for 4 days but we enjoyed the room.

Location is excellent, in the middle of best part of South Beach, near great restaurants, bars, clubs, beach. The bad part is there's no parking available you'll will have to park in one of the public parking garages nearby. 20 bucks for 24hrs not bad. The lock in my room was a little too sensitive when locking it from the outside. There's is a small gap between the latch bolt and the strike plate so you would need to hold the door in the right position or it wouldn't lock and I didn't notice at first but I decided to check that's when I realized.

I was on 1st floor single unit so everyone would meet and hang there or the lobby. No elevator, (3 stories) but a very nice, clean, affordable boutique hotel residence. You can exchange towels, store your luggage but the desk is only manned 10-8 which was not a problem. Location is superb, everything is within 1-5 blocks. I felt Very safe, and will stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One important benefit is no $30 @ day Resort Fee

Very well located, good access by bus or trolley. The host, Rosario, was really nice and helpful. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days. Most things are digital, you use a code to enter the room, so no chance of losing a key. There is a self service laundry available for extra cost.

Great location on Collins Avenue! Only two blocks from the beach. Nine20 was far more affordable than surrounding properties. We had a private double room which was small but very clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the noise wasn't that bad. In fact, we took a "disco nap" between brunch and our evening plans and slept like babies. The lobby was stylish but still comfy, and there's also a dining area for hostel guests.

Nine20 Is in a nice location just next to the beach and the movida. Super nice staff especially Guadalupe.. smiling, professional and smiling.

Juda and Anna(I think? It was her first day of work my last day there) were really nice and helpful. Location was close to the beach, they provide beach towels for free and we get free beach chairs with one of their partners. The fridge and microwave in the room was convenient!
